I graduated from the acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and I am a certified pastry chef with more than three decades of experience. My love for cake creation has only deepened over the years. I was fortunate to spend time with accomplished pastry chefs from around the country while touring the United States.
It was during my time at The Mayflower Hotel in D.C. that I realized my desire—to branch out on my own and create couture cakes. At Cakes in Art, I wanted to combine individuality and artistry with the delicious heart of confection.
